Return Policy

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop.  Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. The determination of condition is at the sole discretion of Little Cat Metals

To return or exchange an item, please email us at orders@littlecatmetals.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Little Cat Metals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.

RING SIZING

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also click here. Some people wear their rings loose, some tight. The size is your responsibility. If you live in the US and need help locating a local jewelry, please email us and we will do our best to help you!

 If you do order the incorrect size and need a resize, we can do it for a small fee. 

JEWELRY CARE

We know that once you fall in love with our work you will never want to take it off, but it is recommended to remove ALL Jewelry when in water for extended periods of time (showering, swimming), engaging in strenuous physical activities, and while sleeping. We like to remember proper Jewelry Care and maintenance by avoiding the 4 S’s ; Sleeping, Swimming, Sweating and Showering.

Natural stones will each have a different level of durability. Diamonds, sapphires, and rubies are the hardest and will resist scratching and chipping the best. Opals, moonstone and turquoise are some of the softest gemstones, so use extra care to avoid any trauma. Our recommendation is to clean jewelry with a mild soap and warm water; promptly drying after, or using a designated jewelers cloth for precious metals.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
Some pieces are made to order so please allow up to 14 to 21 business days for your item to be created. However most of our items are a very quick turnaround and head to you much faster. Little Cat Metals updates you with expected ship dates.
How will my purchase be shipped?
We offer UPS ground shipping on all orders. We require a physical address, as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Customers will receive a notification email with the UPS tracking number when the package is sent.
Please note that UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address.

Can I have something rushed?
If you need something in a hurry, we're here to help. We have an ever-changing variety of jewelry on hand, and we'd be happy to discuss what pieces could be available for same day shipping. Please contact us about expedited delivery options.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally at your cost. However, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments. Please email orders@littlecatmetals.com to process international orders. Little Cat Metals is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
